RISE is a Bangkok micro-roastery that sources beans from named farms in Thailand, Kenya and Ethiopia. The Ploenchit flagship is on the first floor of Mahatun Plaza, and the menu covers espresso, filter coffee, cold brew and desserts. The shop also sells roasted beans in bags, and its RISE LAB runs experimental roasts.
